## Space The unit has been immaculately renovated, with its upstairs exterior access in a multi-unit building only two blocks from downtown Santa Barbara & State Street. This 822 sqft, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, fully equipped apartment features a full kitchen with an island and counter seating set in a large open space with the living room. The primary bedroom has a deluxe en suite bathroom with a deluxe bathtub. The second bedroom also features a king bed and a private street-view balcony. It also has direct access to a Jack and Jill-style bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bathroom is also accessible from the main living area. This high-end unit includes all amenities to provide a comfortable short or longer stay for up to 6 guests, with two sleeping on the high-quality queen-size pull-out sofa. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room with a brand-new LG washer and dryer stack and ironing amenities. The original Spanish architecture has been preserved while offering modern upgrades & conveniences. Enjoy the stunning communal rooftop terrace with breathtaking mountain views, open for guests between 8 am and 10 pm. The living room offers a 65\ Sony Bravia with features similar to the living room TV. The full kitchen is equipped for all your cooking needs and features a stovetop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker. Vertuo pods and sugar, sweetener, and coffee creamer are provided for your stay. Pets are welcome with a small fee per stay. *NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy, and parties or events are prohibited. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm to 8 am.* *PETS: ONLY 1 PET ALLOWED (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESA's). A pet fee will apply; pets can not be left unattended in your room. Please add your pet to the reservation, or disclose your pet to our hospitality team after booking. Pets will enjoy fresh water from the SIBAYS pet fountain with filtration system, located next to the ice machine in the covered garage. *LIVING WAGE PLEDGE: Our cleaning fee includes cleaning the unit and outdoor space professionally. As part of The Living Wage Pledge, we are committed to paying our cleaners fairly. We provide contactless self-check-in. The doors are all equipped with smart locks, and a unique code matching the last four digits of your phone number on file will be generated and sent to you on check-in day via SMS. There are stairs leading to the unit and no elevator. We do not provide daily cleaning. However, we are happy to refresh rooms for stays longer than five days upon appointment. Please get in touch with our hospitality team to switch out towels or request extra supplies. Parking: Casa De La Vina offers free guest parking in its private parking lot—one parking spot per unit on a first-come, first-serve basis. Free street parking is available if the lots are full. ## Interaction This is a self-serve stay. We are off-site hosts; there is no front desk or office, and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality phone line in case of emergencies (24/7) and our team is available on call, text, or chat during 5 am - 1 am to help assist you during your stay! ## Neighborhood Located within walking distance to nearly all restaurants and retail stores on the State Street corridor, 20+ tasting rooms, 10+ breweries, and countless choices for eating or drinking make this an ideal location for anything that may bring you to the world-renowned Santa Barbara Coast. ## Transit Santa Barbara Transit Center is five blocks away. ## Notes For security, there are cameras on the exterior of the building. This complex does not have live TV service. Instead, all TVs have apps (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, and Amazon Video) for your streaming pleasure. The property has gigabit wifi, and the unit has a private network for guests to cast directly onto the TV. Cancellation policy: Full refunds are available up to 24 hours in advance. A 4% credit card charge is assessed for cancellations made through direct sites and VRBO. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
