Wander the captivating gardens at Lotusland or the Santa Barbara Botanical Garden. You're just a short walk to the beach and the Douglas Preserve, and a 20 minute walk to Leadbetter Beach and Hendry's Beach; or a 3-minute drive to both. It is close to the Santa Barbara City College, and a 15-minute drive to UCSB. This two-story home has a fresh beachy feel, lots of natural light, and updated furniture for an extra-comfortable stay. Downstairs, the breezy deck backs up to a seasonal creek. Relish in ocean views from the second-floor balcony while burgers sizzle on the grill. Upstairs, the living room invites with two armchairs, a cozy sofa, and a 48in Roku TV. An intricate area rug and an ocean-scape wall piece add a contemporary touch. Make your way downstairs to the second living room, detailed with a 48in Roku TV, decorative fireplace, and a wet bar. This cozy space doubles as a bedroom with a modern full-over-full bunk bed. The open-concept kitchen has ample counter space, blonde cabinetry, and every gadget and tool you might need. Dine indoors at a sunlit five-person dining table, or enjoy meals alfresco on the balcony, furnished with another dining table for six, a shade umbrella, and a gas grill. Ocean views accompany every meal. (Please note the kitchen is not equipped with a dishwasher.) There is a king bed in the airy primary suite, and a tub/shower combination highlights the cozy bathroom. The second bedroom has a king bed and a peaceful gray motif. A tub/shower combination rounds out the shared bath on this floor. Step outside to the deck, sip evening cocktails or fresh lemonade from a set of chairs and take in the scene!
