Imagine walking out to the patio each day and admiring the stunning views of miles and miles of beaches and white sand. This condo is also equipped with a full kitchen, one full bath, one king bed, and a Murphy bed. A laundry room is also available, but not in the condo. This condo is a non-smoking unit and small dogs are permitted in the condo but no cats please. Sorry, there is no elevator available, but we are on the second level so only one flight of stairs up. If a prime location is what you are looking for, then you have found the right spot. This cozy oceanfront condo is perfectly located on the West End of Panama City Beach. We are located right across the street from Shuck'ems Oyster Bar and Grill with many other fabulous restaurants right around the corner. This condo is located in a trendy area just minutes from Pier Park shopping and entertainment complex, Frank Brown Sports and Aquatic Center, Walmart, City Pier, and Gulf World Marine Park. Free Parking - There is only one parking spot per stay. Your parking pass will be in the condo upon arrival. Make sure to have your pass visible in your car at all times. Other amenities include a pool, a hot tub, 3 BBQ grills, and a volleyball net which are all located on the condo premises. A non-refundable pet deposit ($50) for those who have their 4-legged friends traveling with them. Also, for anyone who is under 25 y/o, we will require a $100 deposit for any damages. This is also fully refundable upon inspection after your stay. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
