Our apt has private elevator entrance. Fully equiped kitchen w/ appliances by Viking incl. wine cooler and washer dryer in apt. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and return the keys
Check-out instructions: Please gather all the used linens and towels and leave by the laundry room.
Check-out instructions: Please leave all keys and fobs inside the lock box and send us a photo prior to locking the box. There will be a $100 charge for each missing key or fob.

Excellent
As the first guest to stay at this property, I was throughly impressed! The location is amazing and very accessible to central/downtown Brooklyn, all the shops and restaurants by Barclays Center, and most subway lines. Our host was very responsive and helpful. The building itself is also very quiet and the upgraded apartments is gorgeous. Would definitely stay here again!
