The community has a private beach access with wash off showers. There is a community area with boasts a pool, outside grills and an indoor lounge area which has ping pong, TVs and a sitting area. Also on the property is a tennis/pickle ball court, shuffle board and a large Koi pond. The entire house is yours to enjoy with the exception of the owner’s closet located in the first floor bedroom.
