About this stay
Two driveways make it easy to park and unload groceries--no waiting for elevators! Experience your next vacation at the Seashell Cottage which is a newly remodeled 2BR/2BA home in the historic Bid-A-Wee beach neighborhood. The cottage has a cozy beach cottage charm which will make you feel right at home! This house is one block (2 min walk) to the breathtaking white sands and blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The PRIVATE Bid-A-Wee beach with gated access will give you the opportunity to enjoy quality time away from overcrowded public beaches! Seashell Cottage is less than 2 miles from Pier Park and very close to other major attractions and restaurants. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Check in after 4:00 PM
Minimum age to rent: 25
Check out before 10:00 AM
Children: Children allowed: ages 0-17
Events: No events allowed
Pets: Pets allowed: dogs (limit 1 total)
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Load and start the dishwasher
Check-out instructions: Gather used towels
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Check-out instructions: Please start a load of beach towels in the washer. (It gives the cleaners a head start!)
Check-out instructions: Remove sheets from sofa beds before folding up.
Check-out instructions: Put coals from grill in the fire pit and secure the lid on the grill.
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Main LR TV has a fire stick. Bedroom TV’s require your own streaming device

Love Love Love this little cottage. One block from the beach, private gate entrance and the beach is not crowded. Off the main strip so noise is reduced but convenient to everything.The host is super sweet and helpful.
