Our beachfront unit #1-1003 is on the 10th floor in the gulf front tower, with a direct view of the Gulf, pool, and white sand, just steps away from the beach, pools, tiki bar, and hot tubs. This unit has been completely redecorated this year with NEW and FRESH designer furniture and bedding. This is a fully-furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit, with a bunk bed alcove area and queen-size sleeper sofa. Enjoy free WiFi, cable, flatscreen TVs, and a fully-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, blender, and toaster. Watch the sun set right from your balcony while you enjoy dinner at your private patio table. The balcony in this unit is spacious and the views are fantastic. This upscale resort has all of the best amenities, including a massive pool and hot tub, an on-site fitness center, and a tiki bar with food and drinks right at your fingertips. There is a $225 plus tax additional pet cost per dog and the pet must be registered in advance through the HOA. Grand Panama is the ONLY pet friendly modern condo on the gulf. Grand Panama HOA additional costs: The resort cost is $55.00 The resort cost includes 1 parking pass and wristbands for everyone in your reservation 13 and older. Wristband replacement is $10.00. Motorcycle parking is $55.00. Trailer Parking is $55.00 (only during bike week). An additional parking pass can be purchased for $35.00 during registration. Only two parking passes are allowed per unit. Guests bringing a pet to a Pet Friendly unit must register the pet in guest registration system. Pet Sleeves are $50.00 per sleeve.
