This unit is beautiful and updated with an unparalleled view! This is a fully-furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit, with a twin bed/trundle area. Enjoy free WiFi, cable, flatscreen smart TVs, and a fully-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, Keurig, blender, and toaster. Watch the sun set right from your balcony while you enjoy dinner at your private patio table. Check-in Check-out Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. A $50 charge per room per hour will be charged for all departures after 10:00 a.m. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. To guarantee your reservation, your credit card will be charged an advance deposit of $500 with the balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Pets (dog only) considered up to 25 lbs with the exception of service pets. There is a $225 plus tax additional pet cost per dog and the pet must be registered in advance through the HOA. Grand Panama is the ONLY pet friendly modern condo on the gulf. Grand Panama HOA additional costs: The resort cost is $55.00 The resort cost includes 1 parking pass and wristbands for everyone in your reservation 13 and older. Wristband replacement is $10.00. Motorcycle parking is $55.00. Trailer Parking is $55.00 (only during bike week). An additional parking pass can be purchased for $35.00 during registration. Only two parking passes are allowed per unit. Guests bringing a pet to a Pet Friendly unit must register the pet in guest registration system. Pet Sleeves are $50.00 per sleeve.
