MAXIMUM CAPACITY Mighty Paradise sleeps up to 26 guests. Base rates cover the first 16 guests, including children and day visitors. Add $15/person/night per extra person up to 26 guests. Guests above the maximum capacity will be charged $100/person/night. PETS ALLOWED Up to 3 non-aggressive breed dogs only; 2 in Unit A and 1 in Unit B. Pet fees are required for pet and emotional support dogs. Please contact us PRIOR to booking for Mighty Vacay s backyard amenities during business hours (M-F, 8 AM to 4 PM). QUIET HOURS This is a DUPLEX located in a residential neighborhood. Guests shall observe quiet hours outdoors from 10 P.M. CST to 8 A.M. CST. POOL & HOT TUB SERVICE Our pool tech cleans and rebalances the pool & hot tub every Wednesday and Saturday. While our pool is professionally serviced, you may find landscaping debris or cloudy water in the pool due to large storms with high wind and/or rain conditions that can change the water chemistry. Please use the pool net to remove any debris. Also note that the chemicals are balanced to keep the hot tub and pool clean for the entire duration of your stay. Be sure to rinse off your bodies before jumping into the pool and hot tub or your body oils WILL turn the water murky and gross real quick. If this happens, let us know if you would like to request an extra pool cleaning service at an additional cost of $75.
