This Older restoration Unit at Ambassador Condos across from Sckuhams oyster house It does have some wear and tear So dont rent it if u want Perfect is Off Parking Lot and One floor off beach High enough to see Out over Dunes and few steps down to Sand it has two beds A twin sleeps one in street side bedroom and an queen in beach side living area Sleep three Its complete kitchen Just Bring Food tile/wood No Carpet Seating for 2-3 in beach inside Living Area Two Blocks from Pier Park and PET FREINDLY Pet Fees Apply two pets are allowed But You are steps off parking area and right on Beach If you can overlook a few Things Its Great Location Its being priced To that Level Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Excellent
The property was as described. It was clean and had everything we needed for the stay. There’s a little dog park to take your dog to also. Pool was also nice. Will stay again

It wasn’t very clean. Parking was not sufficient and no ice machine for the price. the pool and beach access was awesome the dog walk place was awful my pup was not interested in going in there

Poor
The room was really dirty. The base boards look like they hadn’t been painted in years. Then when we turned the comforter down the sheets were full of sand and we hadn’t even gone to the beach yet. I was so disappointed. I really don’t think I will ever stay there again and I won’t recommend it to anyone of friends or colleagues.
