One Bedroom with two Queens in it Top Floor (3rd) but two floors off Parking level (NO ELEVATOR) It has complete bathroom with walk in Shower Kitchen has Granite With stove /micro wave/fridge Just Bring Food and Drink Living Room has tv with leather sofa(not sleeper sofa) And small dining areaPET freiendly Pet fee APPLYS two pets hopefully under 40 Lbs each Best of All this unit is Right on Beach Can walk to many eating places Across street from Sckhums Oyster House And East Pier Park Two Blocks PET Friendly we allow two pets just need some info on pets We have outdoor Pool/hottub And an Grassy area for Pets Its an Older unit so its NOT PERFECT its has a few Flaws But it has Hot water So dont book this if u want perfect its priced right and pet freindly Plan to redo it when I get time /funds Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Very good location unless you want any sleep at night. Shuckums echoes thru until about 1 a.m. Not much sleep. Second stay at the ambassador love the location directly on beach. Could also recommend a elevator the steps are a little rough up to third floor. But enjoyed the stay. Thanks.

Enjoyed the stay. I stayed there last year. The room we stayed in did need some remodeling. This year the room we stayed in needed remodeling and some tender loving and care. I was not aware the entire building was deterating this concerned me.

Perfect size for the two of us. Beautiful view from a nice balcony. The pool and hot tub were great. Very short walk to the beach and to several shops and restaurants.
The down side for us was the steps. 43 from our room to the pool. Also the mattresses are done. The badly need replaced.
We would stay here agat if we could get a room on the lowest level.

Unit was not clean as it appeared in the photos. Large gap between the door jam and door and you could always see daylight through the crack. What appears to be mold growing on the bathroom ceiling and the exhaust fan in the bathroom was completely corroded with dust. Outlets were not accessible around the beds. The only outlet in the bathroom to get ready was in the overhead light and I did not feel safe using it to plug in hot tools. Overall if our stay was longer we probably would have packed up and went elsewhere but since we were only there for a couple of days we toughed it out.
