About this stay
Located in the heart of Panama City Beach. This updated condo is on the 18th floor with stunning views of the beach and ocean. 2 outdoor pools, indoor pool with spa, work out facility, 2 beach chairs and umbrella included March thru September. Close to shopping and several restaurants. 2 king beds 1 Full bed 3 twin beds Washer & dryer in unit. 3 full bathrooms, Free Wi-Fi and cable in unit, All TV's are smart TV's. Parking passes can be bought at aquaparking.net or by the elevator floor 3. Service animals only. There is an animal cleaning fee. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Minimum age to rent: 25
Check out before 10:00 AM
Children: Children allowed: ages 0-17
Children: We love kids!!
Events: Events allowed: family gatherings
Events: Must approve event with owner. No large events.
Pets: Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total)
Pets: Service animals-Must provide documentation
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Load and start the dishwasher
Check-out instructions: Gather used towels
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out instructions: Close curtains and turn ac to 76
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
-All trash is to be bagged and taken to the trash shoots upon check out.
-parking passes can be purchased at aquaparking.net
-All linens used are to be placed by laundry door. you can start laundry if you like.
-Dishwasher is to be loaded and started
-All lights turned off and thermostat set to 75 in summer and 65 in winter upon check out. Please shut all curtains upon check out.

This place was wonderful! It had everything we needed and more! The owner was always so quick to respond to any questions we had. The condo was very clean and spacious. The views from the balcony were beautiful. Great location! I wish we could have stayed longer!

The condo is excellent!!! Good walking distance to pier park and restaurants. The best washer and dryer of any condo we’ve ever stayed in. There were 9 of us and we never ran out of hot water. Highly recommend this condo.
