This unit has been completely redecorated this year with NEW and FRESH designer furniture and bedding. Four beach chairs and a giant beach umbrella are provided in the unit, so no need to pay the daily service fee to rent them for yourself! This is a fully-furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit, with a bunk bed alcove area. Enjoy free WiFi, cable, flatscreen smart TVs, and a fully-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, keurig, blender, and toaster. Watch the sun set right from your balcony while you enjoy dinner at your private patio table. This upscale resort has all of the best amenities, including two massive pools (one seasonally heated), two hot tubs, on-site fitness center, and a tiki bar with food and drinks right at your fingertips. Individual situations, however, will be addressed by request. Check-in Check-out Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. A $50 charge per room per hour will be charged for all departures after 10:00 a.m. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. To guarantee your reservation, your credit card will be charged an advance deposit of $500 with the balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Hurricane Policy: full refund to guests if a mandatory evacuation for the Panama City Beach area is ordered by the Bay County Emergency Operations Center. Pets (dog only) considered up to 25 lbs with the exception of emotional support pets. There is a $225 plus tax additional pet cost per dog and the pet must be registered in advance through the HOA. Grand Panama is the ONLY pet friendly modern condo on the gulf. Grand Panama HOA additional costs: The resort cost is 55.00 The resort cost includes 1 parking pass and wristbands for everyone in your reservation 13 and older. Wristband replacement is 10.00 Motorcycle parking is 55.00. Trailor Parking is 55.00(only during bike week). An additional parking pass can be purchased for 35.00 during registration. Only two parking passes are allowed per unit. Guests bringing a pet to a Pet Friendly unit must register the pet in guest registration system. Pet Sleeves are 25.00 per sleeve.
