Summer Towne Cottages are located directly next door to Pier Park. Walk to restaurants, bars, shopping and more. Enjoy a beautiful ocean view from the upper floor. Make sure you check out the video! We own cottage 11 next door. Both cottages rented together accommodate up to 12. See VRBO 1202332 for calendar availability or message host for details! Two full bedrooms with comfortable queen mattresses located downstairs, each with a full bathroom and ample closet space. Master bedroom has cable television & dvd player. Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out instructions: Leave beds unmade; housekeeping will strip linens
Check-out instructions: Leave dirty laundry in the downstairs bathroom floor, place inside shower if wet. All linens are laundered offsite.

We had a wonderful week with our fur babies. We appreciated that there are many grassy spots around the cottage to walk your pups. The location is very convenient to everything. It's a very short walk to the beach or shopping and restaurants.

Beautiful and clean property, directly across the street from the beach. You will be on the sand in less than a minute. Perfect location.
