To formally book this condo, two adults (25 years of age or older) who would be present at the condo throughout the duration of any rental period would need to execute a standard rental agreement that is employed for all rentals of this condo, and also provide copies of their drivers licenses to the owners, as proper identification. Unless agreed to otherwise by the owners of this property in their written rental agreement, there must be a ratio of 1 adult (25 years of age or older) to every 2 children (under 25 years of age) who stay at this property.. The owners of this property do not rent it to groups of high school, college and/or other individuals who are under 25 years of age due to damage concerns. Our prices include all fees.
