Need some basc repairs - folding closet doors work poorly as well as patio door.
Was not clean upon arrival so be prepared to wash floors and get crumbs/ dust out of drawers.
Washer and dryer work well.
Not much privacy as every outside area is quite open to condos on either side. Thankfully we had nice neighbors.
Quick walk to pool, hot tub & beach.
Lots of folks with dogs like us.
Comfortable beds. Well used furniture.
Price was good - an older condo.
