Currently, the parking fee is $37.00 per vehicle and subject to change without further notice. Pet fee for the complex is $150 for 1 pet and $200 for 2 pets for stays 4 nights or longer. For stays 3 nights or less, the pet fee is $80 for 1 pet and $120 for 2 pets. These pet fees are paid to the HOA after booking and are in addition to the $225 pet fee already charged by Signature Destinations LLC. After booking, you will receive the link to the website to pay the applicable HOA fees. Please note that Vicious Breeds as determined by the Sugar Beach HOA are not allowed. These include but are not limited to Akita, Chow, Doberman Pincher, German Shepherd, Pit Bull (including American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid.** Our prices include all fees.
