About this stay
Come enjoy your next vacation at this cozy beach getaway! We welcome you to your home away from home with an open layout living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom fitted with a king sized bed and private en suite bathroom, a second bedroom fitted with a queen sized bed, and a third bedroom with two twin sized bunkbeds. Also enjoy a private patio with an outdoor couch and fire pit! Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Events: No events allowed
Pets: Pets allowed: dogs (limit 2 total)
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
The propane tank is up for guest use. If the tank needs to be replaced, that is up to the guests to do and will not be paid/reimbursed by the owners.
Please place all trash in a bad and throw away in the bins located outside.
Pets are allowed! There is a $75 pet fee up to 2 dogs. No cats. Please pick up after your dog as there are several pet waste bins and bags around.

Excellent
Lovely stay. We had a bit of a hiccup when the city shut off water to complete emergency maintenance, but obviously that was out of the hosts control. They were quick to respond to questions and arranged a later check out for our trouble. The house was comfortable and set up nicely for a large family to gather. There were essential beach items- chairs, wagons, umbrellas- that we could borrow. The apartment is located a short walk to the beach and very close to one (of many) pool and pickle ball court. Overall, it was a great stay!
Excellent
We had a fabulous time. The Host was wonderful and so nice. Lots of room for the whole family, and was great to have 3 bathrooms. We were just across from one of the pools and the gym. The walk to the beach was just a few minutes so not bad with all of our beach stuff. We will absolutely try to do this again next year!
