Upon arrival at Grand Panama, you will notice the upscale quality and special touches that this fantastic property has to offer. Our 2br/w2 ba beachfront unit 404 is on the 4th floor, and sleeps 8 with a direct view of the Gulf, pool, and white sand, just steps away from the beach, pools, tiki bar, Grand Panama charges $55 resort fee parking 1st vehicle 2nd vehicle$35 and wristbands. 2 car Max . Pets $25 fee paid through resort Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Pets: Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total)

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Load and start the dishwasher
Check-out instructions: Gather used towels
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out instructions: If couch bed used please leave opened up.
Check-out instructions: Tv remotes are back on stands or bunks
Check-out instructions: Used towels in tubs or showers
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Ring camera exterior for security. No throwing objects off balcony . Please no hanging towels on balcony railing.

Excellent
As advertised, beds are the most comfortable I have experienced, great sunsets. While some might consider the pillar on the balcony a negative, I liked how it blocks the sun throughout the day, you can sit on the balcony at any time and not get blasted by direct sun.

Great condo. Perfect ocean and pool view. The host supplied every extra needed unlike any other condo we’ve stayed at. Parking was easy. Beds comfortable. Nice appliances, and laundry machines in unit. Can’t top this condo! THANyou for being wonderful hosts!

We had a wonderful week at this condo. The listing is accurate. We would have liked more seating in the living room. Bed in main bedroom was comfortable but my daughter and son in law said bed in other bedroomwasn't comfortable for them.

The condo is perfectly placed with a great view of the pool and the Gulf. It is also conveniently located on the 4th floor for easy stair access, if needed. The condo was super clean, well kept, and had lots of extras that are typically not included with a condo stay. The host was very accommodating and super easy/quick to communicate with. Would 100% stay again!
