This beautifully styled 2-bedroom + bunk nook condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated for a relaxing, upscale beach getaway. Condo Features: Gulf-Front Master Bedroom: King bed, flat-screen TV, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower. Second Bedroom: King bed with easy access to the adjacent full bathroom. Hallway Alcove: Twin daybed with pull-out trundle—perfect for kids or extra guests. Living Room: Queen sofa sleeper, large flat-screen TV, and floor-to-ceiling views that open onto your oversized private balcony. Spacious Gulf-Front Balcony: Dine al fresco or kick back and relax while enjoying panoramic views of the Gulf, resort pool, and beach. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to prepare meals at home. Additional Amenities In-Unit Washer & Dryer Free WiFi Pets (dog only) considered up to 25 lbs with the exception of emotional support pets. There is a $225 plus tax additional pet cost per dog and the pet must be registered in advance through the HOA. Grand Panama is the ONLY pet friendly modern condo on the gulf. Grand Panama HOA additional costs: The resort cost is $55.00 The resort cost includes 1 parking pass and wristbands for everyone in your reservation 13 and older. Wristband replacement is $10.00. Motorcycle parking is $55.00. Trailer Parking is $55.00 (only during bike week). An additional parking pass can be purchased for $35.00 during registration. Only two parking passes are allowed per unit. Guests bringing a pet to a Pet Friendly unit must register the pet in guest registration system. Pet Sleeves are $50.00 per sleeve.
