OUTDOOR DECK Down the hall, open the door to access a large and spacious deck, standing over a beautiful large patio -- perfect for gatherings and some outdoor quality time. LAUNDRY Downstairs, you will have full access to a private laundry room. BAR AREA On the other side of the French doors, you will see a beautiful bar & TV -- wind down, catch all the games over some drinks, or enjoy hosting large groups. BATHROOM 2 Both of the upper & lower bathrooms have spa lights, mirrors, and elegant lighting. QUEEN SUITE 2 Down the hall, there will be another bedroom, with a queen sized bed and closet space. MOVIE ROOM Further down the hall is the Movie Room -- 3 futons, 2 small beds -- with a movie projector and a Foosball table. This room can comfortably sleep 2 adults or 5 kids. BACKYARD Walk out into this garden oasis with a beautiful patio setup to enjoy the outdoors. Soak in the sun, drink some coolers, and hang out in the hot tub with your company. Break into a sweat, and try out our new sauna (follow instructions for adding water & heating!). We hope you love this space we uniquely designed for your enjoyment. NOTES: 1.
