This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms. Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed. Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin size beds. Bedroom #2 is detached from the home, only steps out the private backyard. The home also includes a full guest bathroom with a pedestal sink and shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: • This is a long-term (28+ days) rental only. • There is no laundry available in-home. There is a laundromat available within 2-3 blocks. • Street parking available on a first come, first served basis. Please monitor all posted signs. • Pet friendly! Maximum 2 dogs allowed. An additional flat pet fee of $250 will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please pick up after your pet. • A deposit of $300/month is due prior to check-in to cover the cost of utilities for this home. Once utilities are deducted from this deposit at the end of your stay, the remainder will be returned.
