Quiet retreat in a cozy coastal tight-knit neighborhood. Filled with natural light, and recently renovated. Fully furnished, three bedroom one bathroom unit on the main floor of the house. Large play/storage room with beach necessities available for guest use, and a well fenced and private backyard. Easy access to 17 Mile Drive, Carmel by the Sea, the Monterey Bay Aquarium, downtown Pacific Grove, and all the best of the Monterey peninsula.

Please be respectful of neighbors and keep the noise level to a minimum. Drive safely, small children often cross the road and play in the cul-de-sac.
