Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Magazine Street, our guests enjoy the privacy of our location in a commercial area surrounded by local businesses; you never have to worry about disturbing the neighbors after hours! Every bedroom has a Bluetooth speaker, and our fenced-in deck is perfect for grilling, chilling, and relaxing in the jacuzzi. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The location of the property is just about perfect. It felt safe and secure. Just minutes from downtown, uptown, across the bridge and the garden district. We stayed ten days and we were very satisfied.

The home was well-stocked with dishes, appliances, toiletries, linens, and towels. Very clean and safe. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants on Magazine St. We had a great stay!

We had a great stay! The beds were comfortable, the hot tub was hot and the patio was perfect for our dogs to run around in.

First time in New Orleans, for a downtown experience. Quiet , traffic free area but still local enough for easy access to the French Quarter and casino. Comfortable beds and roomy shower, plus a hot tub that was perfect for the evening with complete privacy. The host, Damon was very responsive and prompt with taking care of the trash pickup issue, which was at no fault to him, it was the city. He was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for providing such a cozy place!
