When arriving, you'll have to enter through the gate entrance, then head down the parking lot until you go around the corner to the right, where you'll find the entrance door to your suite. **We require a separate Rental Agreement and Virtual Check-in forms to be e-signed and completed after your booking.** Please review the house rules located in the rental agreement prior to booking. **Refunds for cancellations made within the allowed cancellation period will be issued minus the Stripe processing fee. **Our space is not handicapped accessible or ADA compliant *Pack-n-play/highchairs must be reserved. *Please note that per city permit laws, this home has an internal noise monitoring device. This is not a recording device, and it only monitors noise levels. Placement of this device was made mandatory by the city. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Our main concern was the multiple requests for additional information from the Book NOLA management company. Several of these came at the last minute, including a request for a picture of a credit card the day before arrival, and a request for a rental agreement a few minutes before arrival when I was traveling. The message system used did not have active web links and so it was necessary to request emails to get access to documents.
In one case I was asked to resubmit a form that had been completed and accepted already: The link did not work, and I did not have access to a printer of scanner.

The staff were very polite when I called about these issues, but these calls would not be necessary with earlier completion of documents and a better online platform.
A more streamlined process for submitting required information would be very useful. Requests made at the last minute are hard to complete with limited access to communication devices and when one is focused on finding the location.
The property is very nice but the interaction with the management company was unpredictable and took a lot of extra time.
