1 KING 1 Queen 2 Single Beds 1 Couch Bed Sofa ALL Bedrooms have a Smart TV THREE Bedrooms and TWO and a half Baths 2,352 Square Feet *STUNNING 1908 Victorian painstakingly renovated to provide modern living with touches of historic character throughout. *This SPACIOUS home (2,352 square feet) is about a mile from the French Quarter in the HISTORIC BYWATER neighborhood. *TWELVE foot ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, two sitting rooms, a modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. *Lovely garden/sun deck surrounded by a Jasmine vine trellis. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
We have a Street-facing Camera. There is a $350 fee for disabling it. Number of guests booked is the same number of guests sleeping in the house.
There is a $75 additional cleaning fee for not removing your shoes inside the house. No Glitter allowed.
No smoking materials of any kind.
There are towels in the laundry room for your dog to lie on and to clean their paws.
