Summary: This beautiful, renovated two bedroom home is just two blocks from St. Claude Ave! Great restaurants, music venues, bars and more just steps away. Located next to Bywater, Marigny and a short walk or street car ride to the French Quarter. This convenient, central location makes it easy experience all that New Orleans has to offer. The Space: This historic New Orleans home has been recently renovated with with modern conveniences to make your stay comfortable, but maintains its historic feel through antique heart pine floors. This home does contain a decibel monitoring device. The device is located in a common area and not in any bedroom or bathroom. Guest Access: The home is a double (duplex), and you will have complete and private access to your unit and back yard. The front porch is shared with the other unit next door. The Neighborhood: The home is just steps from bustling St. Claude Ave, Bywater and the Marigny. There you will find tons of great restaurants, bars, music venues and more. That being said, the area is a transitional neighborhood with quite a few homes in the neighborhood that still have not been renovated since Hurricane Katrina. Getting Around: The home is very centrally located, and less than a 5 minute drive or Uber ride from the French Quarter.
