This charming single house was at one time a typical New Orleans \ It was converted to a single a few years ago by the previous owner who redid the floor plan and added all the modern conveniences including an awesome kitchen, master bath with shower AND jacuzzi tub, large laundry room with sink and lots of storage, and a wine fridge in the pantry. We are very close to the famous Audubon Zoo and Audubon Park as well as the Mississippi River view at The Fly. Walk to Whole Foods and dine at some of New Orleans' world class neighborhood restaurants. Please inquire about stays of all duration. We also have other great properties in town.
