About this stay

This is a small, entirely separate studio unit in *my* home. There is NO shared space, and no kitchen. Includes a private, separate entrance; driveway parking; desk and table; and pets are welcome. Regularly booked by solo travelers, couples visiting for the weekend, and guests who want to bring their dog along. All usual amenities included: Wifi, linens, mini fridge, tv, coffee maker, hairdryer, separate mini split for ac/heat, microwave. Quiet, diverse neighborhood. Ten minute walk to the St. Charles streetcar, 10-15 minute ride to downtown/quarter. Maximum two people. No guests, no cooking. Guests expected to be good pet owners. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We had a great stay. We were lucky that we had a friend nearby who had access to bicycles, so getting to and from this unit was easy. Overall, room was beautiful, felt private and secure. No issues to report of.Thanks, Mandie!

I love the back yard: it was so pretty. Having a private entrance was nice too, especially with my ESA. The property was centrally located to everywhere I wanted to go. I really appreciated being able to park in the driveway… that was a real treat!
