About this stay
Unwind in New Orleans at this pleasant apartment. This 500 square foot space features a large bedroom with sitting area and a fantastic living room with a comfy sofa bed. Located steps from Magazine St. This is the premier dining and shopping area in New Orleans. There are 15+ restaurants and 7 coffee shops within four blocks. Shops include art galleries, high fashion and gift shops. There is a brewery bus which stops at Port Orleans Brewery (3 block walk) and travels along the Tchoupitoulas St. brewery row. Tipitina's music club is a short walk. We look forward to hosting you at our place. We provide folding chairs for festivals and Mardi Gras. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Children: We have a portable crib for infants.
Events: No events allowed
Pets: Pets allowed: dogs and cats (limit 2 total)
Pets: We are happy to dog sit. We used to foster rescues
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out instructions: Do not clean the dishes. That’s our job. There’s a brown bus tub in the closet. Please load the dishes in that. We will take to the dishwasher.
Check-out instructions: Please leave wet towels on the rack in case we can’t wash them immediately.
Check-out instructions: Please leave the ac units on 77 degrees.

The backyard bar and beer taps are available for guests.

I stayed here for a conference and family time. Great location for conference travel, family outings etc. VRBO owner is great. I can't wait to make another trip.

We enjoyed our stay with Brian. The accommodations were perfect and it was a great location for us to utilize the bus and the street car. Brian was very helpful and met all our expectations. It was such a treat to have coffee and creamer available to us for our stay. The king size bed was very comfortable.

A wonderful space, just the right size and only a block away from the best street in New Orleans. We've lived in Nola and visited many times, this space is perfect for a quick visit and the location is unbeatable, just a block from Magazine street and wonderful shops like Peaches, Fleutry Girl, and all the restaurants. We'd love to stay here in the future.

Brian was a great host and the property was perfect! Location is excellent. Bed was super comfortable. Place was spotless. Parking super convenient—right up to the door, making loading and unloading super convenient. Can’t wait to stay again!
