You'll still be right in the action with the streetcar right around the corner and surrounded by restaurants, shops, and attractions. Here, we know how to live it up with grace and style. This perfectly curated space features gleaming hardwood floors, sun filled windows, and high-end furnishings and finishes. You’ll find the chef of the group whipping up wonders in the well-appointed kitchen including white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, adjacent to the dining table for 6. Every room in the home offers comfort and quality, as well as some tech enabled features such as Smart TV's (living room and outdoor), High-Speed WiFi, top of the line appliances, and washer/dryer on-site. Outside, you’ll find a fenced outdoor space, complete with a lounge area, BBQ grill, and dining table. Make your way into the bedrooms and settle in! Each of the 5 bedrooms is outfitted with plush linens and bedding, as well as cloud like mattresses. The bedroom configurations are as follows: Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bedroom 2: 1 King Bed with en suite bathroom and patio Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed Bedroom 4: 1 Queen Bed Bedroom 5: 2 Single Bunk Beds (4 singles total) Common Area: 2 Full Baths *Have a larger group and want to stay together? We recommend using public transportation, including streetcars, buses, Uber or Lyft during your stay. For another fun way to explore the area, try Blue Bikes, a ride sharing bike rental all around the city. If you do end up driving in, there is plenty of street parking available near the home. Upon acceptance of your reservation, you will receive a welcome letter containing all of the information you need to access the home and ensure your stay is a memorable one! If you have any additional questions, we are available at any time to assist. You have access to the entire home, including our outdoor space! We give you your space, but we're always here if you need us! Stately neoclassical mansions, cool cafes, eclectic eateries and homey pubs line oak-shaded streets in the charming Lower Garden District. Handmade jewelry, local antiques and vintage Mardi Gras costumes are on sale at the monthly Little Flea NOLA market, while a stretch of Magazine Street has antiques shops and clothing boutiques. Tiny parks like Annunciation Square and Coliseum Square are local gathering spots. Restaurants we recommend in the area: Gris-Gris Lula Meril The home is located 2 blocks from the St. Charles Streetcar line, which can take you through the Garden District and into Uptown, or down into Downtown and the French Quarter. It costs $1.25 for 1 ride, $3 for a day pass, and $9 for a 3 day pass. You're only 5 minutes away from the Superdome, 5 minutes away from the French Quarter and Frenchmen Street, 5 minutes away from the Fairgrounds for Jazz Fest and 10 minutes away from City Park to attend the Voodoo Festival! Excellent stay in New Orleans. It was walking distance to many attractions. Loved the outdoor space. We’d go again in a second.

The house itself is spacious and in good condition. It has a nice porch/patio area but could use more comfortable chairs (it has 2 rockers that are comfortable). Overall it is quite roomy but sparsely furnished, and could use a few things: small table/nightstand with lamp on both sides of each bed; dining room table is nice but has two partially broken chairs at each end that are too short for table height and two wooden benches with no cushion or backrest on each side. Not comfortable nor sufficient for our group (9 adults). No dimmer switches in living room so very bright at night with lights on. Water pressure in master shower is poor, and the bunk room on 3rd floor has no door and the sound really carries up the stairs. Most concerning, it is located in a sketchy part of town - our vehicle was broken into (window) the first night we were there, even though we were parked right outside the front door in good lighting.

My group and I were completely blown away by how comfortable the property was. Everything was awesome. We enjoyed the common area on the fist level and took advantage of the board games supplied by the host. Long story short I will be booking this property again for future trips........
