Ideal for families or groups, each suite at The Eleanor New Orleans features: * 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms: Every bedroom comes with a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom, including a tub/shower combo in most units, and a shower-only option in one. * Fully equipped kitchen: Prepare meals in our kitchen with all the essentials, or dine at the dining table that seats six. * Comfortable living room: Relax on the queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, which includes a 65” smart TV with streaming capabilities. Each bedroom also features a 55” TV. * Washer and Dryer: Enjoy the convenience of an in-suite stacked washer and dryer, along with a clothing steamer for your convenience. Exclusive Amenities for Guests Our rooftop pool and hot tub provide a serene escape with stunning views of the city. The pool and hot tub are open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, weather permitting, and are shared by all units in the property. Please note that the pool is non-heated, and swimming is at your own risk. A designated non-smoking terrace and a vaping area on the 9th floor ensure your comfort. Pet-Friendly and Family-Friendly We welcome pets for an additional fee of $135 per stay (maximum of 2 pets). A pet relief area is available on the 9th floor terrace, and there’s a grassy park right across the street for walks. Please notify us in advance if you`re traveling with a pet. ParkMobile Zone 50408 (surface lot) for overflow or oversized vehicles. Parking rates generally range from $20-30 per 24 hours, with higher rates during special events. Flexible Check-In and Check-Out Options Need to arrive early or check out late? We offer flexible options for early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability) for an additional fee. Arrivals at 12 PM incur a $300 fee, while a 2 PM arrival costs $200. A 12 PM departure is available for $200. Contactless Check-In and 24/7 Support Our contactless check-in process is fast and easy. If you break any of these strict rules, you and your party will be asked to leave without refund and additional cleaning or management fees will be charged. We do not allow smoking of any kind in our building. We have a state of the art fire alarm system that will go off for vaping or smoking of any kind. If there is evidence found of smoking in the unit, you will be charged a $400 smoking fee and asked to leave immediately without refund. Glitter found in the unit is an automatic $100 additional cleaning fee. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
