The okay neighborhood was a little questionable - trash left outside homes and metal fences in between yards so not a lot of privacy if wanting to hang outside. We ran the dishwasher because it didn't look too clean and had to rewash some of the dishes. Mgmt texted me a 10 digit key code and it took 20 minutes to get them on the phone to give me the door code (no online response until the next door regarding the door - it was about 6pm). I did find an email later with the code but didn't think to look up the mgmt's email instead of a VRBO email. Requested a 30min-1hr late check out since we spent an hour killing wasps but that was denied. One TV to share with entire household.
The bad: we killed 6 wasps and found 2 dead upon arrival and killed 2 more live ones the next day- not relaxing when you're trying to dodge the wasps. Mgmt could not come out since it was a holiday - so we spent money buying wasp sprays; fridge filtered water tasted disgusting
