About this stay
Your family will enjoy our newly remodeled, modern home located just 2 miles from the city center and close to San Antonio’s most popular attractions! Our sleeping accommodations consist of four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a comfy king size bed. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms each have cozy queen size beds and the 4th bedroom has two twin beds. 1600sf, 4 bedrooms / 2 full bathrooms, Sleeps 8 (Max Persons). Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Check in after 5:00 PM
Minimum age to rent: 28
Check out before 10:00 AM
Children: Children allowed: ages 0-17
Events: No events allowed
Pets: Pets allowed: dogs (limit 2 total)
Pets: $75 per pet per week - 2 pets max.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Rental agreement must be completed, signed and sent back with a copy of a government issued ID before arrival and access instructions will be issued.
- 2 pets max. $75 per pet, per wk
- House trained only, kenneled when away or sleeping. DO NOT bathe indoors
- Remove shedding hair and outdoor waste
- Quiet hours 10pm to 8am.
- We DO NOT provide charcoal, firewood or propane gas. We encourage guests to purchase these items when buying groceries.
