About this stay
This is a single-story 1,600 SF residential home with two bedrooms and one bath, a spacious kitchen, living room, dining room, sitting area at the front bay window, and a laundry room with washer and dryer for your use. There is also a private front and back porch for your leisure and enjoyment, as well as a firepit and BBQ grill located in the parking area at the rear of the home that is shared with guests staying in the Warehouse. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. Have additional family or friends wanting to join you during your stay? Book the adjacent Alamo City Unique Warehouse Loft that accommodates up to 15 guests. We are pet-friendly. There are two fenced-in yard areas on each side of the home. The neighborhood is very walk-able with sidewalks. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Pets: Pets allowed: limit 2 total
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Load and start the dishwasher
Check-out instructions: Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

The home itself was in good condition. I dont think it was cleaned before we arrived. The wall ac with the twin beds was not working. Blew warm air. I slept on the couch. Check in was fine and kitcen well equipped except hot pads would have been nice in the kitchen. Location, although it was older neighborhood, i felt safe but did not roam at night. Close to main attractions.

Everything was fine except the air conditioning was not working well. There was also no toilet paper, had to purchase my own.
