Our property is situated in a popular, rapidly developing neighborhood, just a short drive from the AT&T Center, River Walk, and Downtown San Antonio. Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is the perfect base for your San Antonio vacation. Create unforgettable memories in the backyard by roasting marshmallows, grilling, or relaxing in the private home theater. We have everything your family needs for a fantastic stay. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Children: Children allowed: ages 0-17
Events: No events allowed
Pets: Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total)
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
No Unregistered Guests
Only the specific guests noted in the booking are allowed on the premises.
Rule #3: No Smoking
A $200.00/ per day penalty will be incurred if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered after the guest checks out.
Rule #5: Honor Noise Rules
Please keep noise to a minimum while in back or front yards. Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am.

Excellent
I can not say enough good things about this place. It was the perfect place to stay for our family vacation. Close in proximity to everything we wanted to do while there. The house was awesome . Backyard was designed for good quality family time. We loved the movie room. The host were great. This place exceeded our expectations.

Thank you for a wonderful place to stay while we toured San Antonio. The kids loved the theater room and we were able to enjoy many walks around the neighborhood and check out some parks

The property was very clean and welcoming. Everything was very updated and there was plenty of space for the 4 of us to spread out. The movie room was a fun treat for the kids to watch shows and movies. The backyard was my favorite part--comfy chairs, a fire pit, hammock, and cornhole. Very welcoming and spacious outdoors as well.

Perfect house and stay to watch our son graduate from basic training. Great place to hang out and soak in family time. Very clean!
