About this stay
4 king beds total - 3 bedrooms with king beds in each and an open room area with another king bed, a couch and air mattresses all upstairs. Large sectional sofa downstairs and a full kitchen with everything needed to cook or bake. An underground pool in the backyard with a deck is perfect scenery to enjoy or even take a dip if the temperature is right based on weather (no pool heater). Smoking: Smoking allowed: in designated areas
Smoking: $200 fee will apply if evidence of indoor smoking.
No indoor smoking. A $200 fee will apply if evidence of smoking in home is present.
No confetti or glitter. Extra $50 cleaning fee will apply if confetti or glitter is present.
No unapproved late checkout. If departure is after informed checkout time, $100 unapproved late checkout fee will apply.

We enjoyed our stay. We were in town for my son's USAF BMT graduation. It made it a comfortable place for our family to spend time with him. We had prompt communication between us and the property owner.

House was very nice and had plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The pool was beautiful! We definitely had a great time.
