Welcome to our house in Tobin Hill Historic District with a private pool and hot tub. We love our home originally built in 1924 with tall ceilings and a huge wrap around porch. It sits in a vibrant community close to downtown, the Riverwalk, the Alamo, the Pearl Brewery, St. Mary's St. and the King William's District. Enjoy outdoor entertainment, shopping, cafes, restaurants and more. Easy access to major highways (I35, I10, HWY281 and I37) and minutes to the Alamodome, AT&T center and the airport Fiesta Texas and Sea World Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

My family had a great time here when they came to visit! The kids LOVED the pool and hot tub. There were some minor irritations with the layout or doors that were hard to open/close, but the pool and porch were highlights.

Great location to access the convention center for a business trip. Then we were able to relax in the nice pool.

House was amazing. Pool was fun. Bbq grill and outside furniture was a blessing. Home was central San Antonio, close proximity to all things San Antone. Will definitely stay here again. Host was so easy to chat with. Great place. Thank you hostess Jayne for all this information and help.
