This 3 bed 2 bath 1500 sf home away from home is centrally located! Easy access to all highways throughout San Antonio. 5 miles (10 minute drive) from the San Antonio Airport, 7.8 miles (12 minutes) to Six Flags Fiesta Texas & La Cantera. Shops, grocery store, gas stations, restaurants and entertainment are just minutes away. Enjoy movie nights with an amazing surround sound. Water, coffee, a full kitchen, wifi, Netflix, fresh towels, and linens, are included with your stay. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Children: Children allowed: ages 3-17
Children: No cribs or baby gates available
Events: No events allowed
Pets: Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total)
Pets: A $100 pet deposit is required upon booking.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Smoking: Smoking permitted outside only.
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out instructions: We would appreciate a text if you are checking out early. This would help us get the house ready for the next guest as we have same day check ins. Thank you!
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No DJ, Karaoke, or loud speakers are allowed.

Excellent
We had a great stay. Although we only use it basically to go to sleep (we were out with our kids most of the day) it was nice and cosy. Close to SFFT and the airport. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if we are around that area.

The home was very comfortable. However, beware of leaving ANY kind of food on the counter by the stove. We had a red ant infestation from leaving a pizza box out overnight.

The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood. Exactly as described. Close enough to all areas we visited. We arrived early and Marisela was able to let us in early. Much appreciated. We had one issue with the tv not getting Netflix and Marisela was right on it. I would definitely stay again, if I ever come back to the area.
