Restaurants , nightlife, family-friendly activities, easy access to Downtown, Ft. Sam, Medical Center. You’ll love my place because of the friendly residential neighborhood, the new comfy bed, high speed internet, Dish TV, your own kitchen & shared laundry facility. You will also enjoy the convenient location with your own private, off-street parking and private entrance. My place is good for singles, solo adventurers, & business travelers. (Maximum: 2 Guests) Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Minimum age to rent: 28
Check out before 10:00 AM
Children: Children allowed: ages 0-17
Events: No events allowed
Pets: Pets allowed: dogs (limit 2 total)
Pets: $75 per pet per week - 2 pets max.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Rental agreement must be completed, signed and sent back with a copy of a government issued ID before arrival and access instructions will be issued.
- A pet fee is required; $75 per week (2 pets max - dogs only).
- Quiet hours from 10pm-8 am.
- We DO NOT provide charcoal, firewood or propane gas.
Only house trained dogs are allowed and will be crated when not present or sleeping. Please bathe dogs outdoors and clean after stool & shedding hair.
