Check out before 1:00 PM
Children: Children allowed: ages 0-17
Events: Events allowed: family gatherings and birthday parties
Pets: Pets allowed: less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total)
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Load the dishwasher
Check-out instructions: Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Check-out instructions: Double-check that the thermostat is set to [preferred setting, e.g., 75°F cool or 68°F heat] when leaving.
Check-out instructions: If traveling with pets, ensure all pet waste is cleaned up from the patio or outdoor areas.
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
