Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out instructions: * Self check-in w/smart lock
* no smoking inside. Smoking is only allowed outside. Please properly dispose of cigarette buds.
Check-out instructions: * No parties/events allowed on the premises. A charge of $500 will be imposed for violations. Then $100 per day thereafter.
* Furniture should not be rearranged or items removed from the property.
Check-out instructions: * Additional charges may apply for excessive mess, trash, or damages caused during your stay. A cleaning fee of up to $250.00.
* The host is not liable for accidents or injuries during your stay.
