This Beautiful 1,700 sq. ft. one-story home offers an open-concept layout designed for comfort and convenience. Located in the heart of San Antonio, the home provides easy access to major highways and attractions. My home offers a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, perfect for entertaining. The property features two stunning 100-year old oak trees. The backyard is fully fenced and ideal for pets or relaxing evenings outdoors. There's even a 32\ in the living room; 65\ TVs in the two guest bedrooms which totals six TV's throughout the home, ensuring entertainment for everyone. I also provide Netflix, Prime TV, YouTube TV and Youtube. We love hosting well-trained dogs! Limit: 2 dogs, weight per dog under 50 lbs per dog; $100 flat pet fee (covers the entire stay); There is a Doggie door in the living room and kennel available in the backyard. Please pick up after your dogs, crate them when left home alone, and keep them off the sofas and carpets. Dogs must stay out of the plant beds. Please message the breed and weight of your dog's for approval prior to booking. There is a $200 fee for unreported pets. Please let me know if you are going to have more then six guest by text message approval. If you need to change the check-in time or check-out time please text message and I will accommodate if possible. There are household instructions on the refrigerator. Please read them and most of your questions will be answered. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
