Check in after 3:00 PM
Minimum age to rent: 18
Check out before 11:00 AM
Children: Children allowed: ages 3-17
Events: No events allowed
Pets: Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 20 lbs per pet (limit one pet total)
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Gather used towels
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights
Check-out instructions: Checkout time is 11 am
Don’t remove linens, just leave them on the bed.
Gather all trash on floor, bed, table, put them in the trash can
Check-out instructions: Leave your open liquid containers on the table.
Remove all your items from Refrigerator and cabinet drawers.
Put all small items into trash can. Leave big items on the floor.
Check-out instructions: Turn off Heater, AC, TV, fans and lights.
Let the Room Door open when leaving the room.
When exiting Front door, Press Yale button to lock the door
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
