Soak in the bubbling hot tub, connect with loved ones using the free WiFi, and keep your wardrobe fresh with the in-unit washer and dryer. Unwind in the evenings with a movie on the smart TV. The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring a stove, oven, refrigerator, grill, and all the necessary appliances and utensils to whip up delectable meals. Gather around the dining table to savor your creations and make lasting memories. When it's time to explore, you'll find the River Walk, San Antonio Zoo and Aquarium, and the Alamo all within a short 4-5 minute drive. Check out before 10:00 AM

Children: Children allowed: ages 0-17

Events: No events allowed

Pets: Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 20 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total)

Pets: Only trained small or hypoallergenic animals

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted

Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Check-out instructions: Load and start the dishwasher

Check-out instructions: Gather used towels

Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No street parking, use only the 3 assigned parking spots behind the house, accessible from the alley on either side.

Breaking house rules including exceeding Max capacity of 12 people at all times, or parking in the street can include a $500 fine, eviction or both.

Up to 2 small or hypoallergenic animals are allowed with an animal stay charge of $75. Animals may not be left alone, inside or outside, at any time.

Great place with plenty of space for everyone to have all their own rooms. Kitchen was great, lots of space to be able to cook meals plus plenty of spots nearby for local eats.

As expected with quality appliances and clean beds and bathrooms. Great space for our work retreat with our team from across the country. Close to all things needed: Restaurants, grocery, downtown and Riverwalk, and airport. Host was very responsive and helpful before stay and during.
