This 1900 sqf home includes a master suite with king bed, 2nd bedroom with queen bed, 3rd bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 4th bedroom with trundle bed. House includes everything you need, smart TVs, which can be used with Netflix and all cables channels, Wi-Fi, washer & dryer and more. This house is also suitable for babies and it includes a highchair and a pack ’n Play/travel crib. The high ceilings and skylights make this a bright and inviting space. This house has a pool table and it Includes a huge outside patio for sitting and enjoying the outdoors, outside Cornhole for play time, BBQ and a hot-tub, under a covered patio with plenty of street parking. I can assure you will love it! You are welcome to enjoy the house in its entirety from the kitchen to the backyard with BBQ area. There is also a private patio to sit and relax. This home is located a few minutes from restaurants, family-friendly activities, nightlife, public transport, Fiesta Texas Six-flags, La Cantera, The RIM shopping, Palladium, Lifetime fitness, bowling, UTSA, Dominion Golf course, Top Golf, USAA and more. This location is perfect for your San Antonio vacation! Close to Loop 1604 and I-10. Car is recommended and you can use Metro bus. Ride sharing is popular in San Antonio and we have Lyft and Uber. Popular nearby attractions are a short drive away. • Check in is at 3pm. No keys are required. • Checkout is at 10am. No keys are required. - Early check in & Late check-out might be possible for an additional fee (Please ask for an approval first) I will be more then happy to assist with any issue. I live 10 minutes away and will gladly help with any need. While you are here, the house is yours to enjoy and interaction with us is up to you! You can use the keypad entry to access the home (I will send you the access code the day of your arrival). In the house i have a list of local recommendations so you'll be equipped with what you need to get around and get the best out of San Antonio during your stay! Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events. - Please, no loud music after 22:00. - Highchair and Pack n Play are available upon request. - Hot-Tub will not be heated prior to your arrival. If you wish to heat it up, you can do so when checking in. Please note it will take a few hours for the water to heat. - We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $50 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases. - During your stay, I can connect you with recommended high-quality professionals who provide in-home treatments such as massages, facial treatments or private dining with a private chef.
