The home is just minutes from the interstate highway and train station, allowing easy travel to many iconic Chicago neighborhoods and downtown and a direct route to O’ Hare International Airport. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Parties, events, and social gatherings are prohibited. Violations or noise complaints may lead to cancellation, eviction, and a $500 penalty.
No drugs illegal activities or disturbances $300 fine. Damaged items may incur fines. Keep clean excess cleaning fees up to $100. Quiet hrs 10pm-6am.
No smoking; $750 fine. $50/hour for late check-out. Stays over 28 days need an agreement.

The apartment was in a safe location, very close to restaurants & bars. It was maybe a 5-7 minute walk to Wrigley. Very clean and the host was very responsive. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. The owner was very accommodating, leaving us bottled water in the refrigerator. The location was fantastic for attending a game at Wrigley and for enjoying the area. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner was fantastic. He responded to any questions that I had very quickly. we had a great time!
