The space This newly fully renovated (May 2023) private apartment consists of a large bedroom, living room, full bathroom, and kitchen. The apartment can sleep up to 4 guests, with a queen sized bed in the bedroom, a convertible couch (can be converted to a full sized bed) in the living room, and a queen sized blow up bed with extra linens, if needed. The property is located in a very quiet and safe area of Northwest DC with easy access to both buses and the Metro for exploration of downtown DC. The living room comes with a 55-inch Smart TV, where you can relax and stream all your favorite shows. The 4-seater dining room allows you to share a meal with friend and family in your home away from home. The fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances (refrigerator & electric stove) allows you to the option to cook. There is also a computer desk and chair for when you need to get some work done and the high speed internet will help facilitate that. Lastly, the electronic door lock allows your to come and go as you please and if there is free street parking if you brought a car. No parties allowed. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
