Welcome to the Forest Hills/Van Ness! You will love our little apartment, walking distance to metro (0.3 of a mile to Van Ness station, 0.4 mile from Cleveland Park station) as well as all of the restaurants and amenities in the area (inc the National Zoo!). We are walking distance to UDC and Howard University Law School. And if you are interested in running, biking, or hiking, we are half a mile from the beautiful Beach Drive in Rock Creek Park. Please add your pet to reservation - fee is $40 The space This is a spacious one bedroom apartment, partially below ground, in a rowhouse. It was built in a lovely Japanese style, including the bathroom. It includes a small kitchenette with a stovetop and a bar style table to eat. The living room includes a couch that can be turned into a queen sized bed for additional sleeping space. We also have a pack n' play crib we can provide if needed. Guest access Street parking. Please note that you will have to climb two flights of stairs from the street to the apartment. Other things to note Well behaved pets are welcome ($40 pet fee). the apartment even has cat doors between the rooms! Please let us know a bit about your pet if you plan to bring him or her with you. No parties and no use of back yard with out permission. Please note that this is a residential neighborhood, as such, we ask that you keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
