The space - number of rooms and bathrooms - was great for a big group. We were able to sleep multiple families comfortably with no issues getting ready with the number of bathrooms. There was plenty of free street parking close, so we also didn't have any problems finding parking for all our cars. Some more specific instructions on how to use the key pad (to enter and lock) would be helpful, but otherwise no complaints! I would recommend this Vrbo!

Neighborhood was quiet on our street but a few over was not the case. Family area could use more seating. The main bed was hard as a rock in the upstairs room towards the back of the house. Overall our stay was nice and we enjoyed our time with friends while visiting the Chicago area.

We stayed here for a long weekend at the end of June 2025, with family members coming from Kansas, Ohio, Virginia, and Florida. The house is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood that is centrally located and convenient to downtown, the museum area, the lake, and the north side. There were a lot of sleeping options with a variety of temperature choices. The weather was hot, but the basement was cold (one of our group loves sleeping in the cold and really appreciated this!), the main floor was medium, and the upstairs was a warmer option, if you turned down the thermostat up there. The house was clean and kid friendly. Our group consisted of preschoolers, young adults, and seniors, and all were happy with our accommodations. There is room to park one car on site, and there was plenty of public parking on the street. We had six cars and didn't have a problem finding spots in front of the house or around the corner. There is a coffee shop within a short walking distance and a grocery a short drive away. Our group would highly recommend this for a large family stay.

The house was just a listed. Very spacious. Plenty of space to spread out. The owner very responsive to questions. Had no issues with the house. The neighborhood very quiet and safe. If coming back to Chicago would definitely stay here with a group.
